The nurses earn better income to support their families back home, the Philippines’ economy is buoyed by inbound remittances, and Germany’s ageing population receives the care and support it needs. It’s truly a win-win-win situation for everyone.

• WHO Global Code of Practice

  We strictly adhere to the WHO GLOBAL Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel. We only recruit health personnel from countries not facing critical shortages of health care workers. The Philippines meets this criteria.

• CD Helpers Employees Compensated Identically To German Nationals

  The national wages were declared binding under the Posted Workers Act (Arbeitnehmer-Entsendegesetz, AEntG) by decree of the Federal Ministry of Labour (BMAS). This means that they apply to all employees in Germany working in the relevant occupations regardless of the country of origin of their employer. This also covers temporary agency workers hired out to employers in the care sector. Between 520,000 and 560,000 care workers in ambulatory and stationary “basic care” roles (Grundpflege) are covered by the decree.
