Stefan Klemm - Founder CD Helpers

Born and raised in Munich, Mr. Klemm has a degree in mechanical engineering. He has founded companies focused on finding and developing talented academics for leading employers.
Mr. Klemm specialises in talent assessment and business opportunity development. His creative entrepreneurial approach creates a win-win situation for all parties involved. After having traveled in over 70 countries all over the globe, he is particularly enthusiastic about the Philippines and its people. He considers Filipina nurses to be especially skilled and professional— yet possessed of genuine affectionate care towards the elderly.

 

Nanny Training Centre Manila

CD Helpers counterpart in the Philippines is the former Nanny Training Centre. The popularity of domestic helpers in Hong Kong was the impetus to improve the training of domestic helpers in order to better prepare them before they arrive in Hong Kong. Nanny Training Center dealt with the selection, training and placement of Filipino domestic helpers in Hong Kong. With Nanny Training Center's extensive experience and passion for working with people in the Philippines combined with Mr. Klemm's vast experience in assessment and knowledge in the local German market, this marriage is exceptionally equipped to cultivate professional nurses and match them with clients.

Ria S.Limjpap - Head of Human Resources

Ms. Limjpap is in charge of selection, assessment, correspondence and Human Resource concerns for CD Helpers. She has a degree in Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University. Ms. Limjpap was the former head of Human Resources at the Nanny Training Center.

Trish R. Villanueva - Head of Training

Ms. Villanueva is responsible for the training of the CD Helpers for culinary,housekeeping and child care needs. She graduated from the prestigious Institut Villa Pierrefeu in Switzerland and Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts in England. Ms. Villanueva is a caring mother, avid Catholic charities supporter and is enthusiastic about helping others.
